My Skin Care Clinic and Boutique is based in Kelowna, BC. I currently only ship to customers in Canada.

How long before you ship my order?

• Orders will be shipped within 1-5 business days.
• Shipping can take 1-10 business days depending on location.
  * Please note business Days are Monday - Saturday
• If a product you want is back-ordered, we have to have it shipped up from Vancouver.  This rarely takes more than two days, but we like to overestimate time to not disappoint. As soon as we receive your product, it gets shipped out.
• If we can’t fulfill your order, you will be notified within 24 hours.
